  10. You should carefully read the following terms and
  11. conditions before using this software.  Unless you have
  12. a different license agreement signed by Kramer Software,
  13. your use of this software indicates your acceptance of
  14. this license agreement and warranty.

  16. Shareware Version

  18. Evaluation and Registration

  20. This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to
  21. use this software for evaluation purposes without charge
  22. for a period of 30 days.  If you use this software after
  23. the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee of $10
  24. is required. Payments must be in U.S. dollars drawn on
  25. a U.S. bank, or cash, and should be sent to Kramer Software,
  26. 158 Usher Road, Madison, AL 35758.

  28. Unregistered use of Program Group Fixer after the 30-day
  29. evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international
  30. copyright laws.

  32. Distribution

  34. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the
  35. Shareware version of this software and documentation as
  36. you wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version
  37. to anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of the
  38. software and documentation in its unmodified form via
  39. electronic means.  There is no charge for any of the above.

  41. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  42. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  43. distributing the software and/or documentation with other
  44. products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written
  45. permission, with one exception:  Disk Vendors approved by
  46. the Association of Shareware Professionals are permitted to
  47. redistribute Program Group Fixer, subject to the conditions
  48. in this license, without specific written permission.

  52. One registered copy of Program Group Fixer may either be used
  53. by a single person who uses the software personally on one or
  54. more computers, or installed on a single workstation used
  55. non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

  57. You may access the registered version of Program Group Fixer
  58. through a network, provided that you have obtained individual
  59. licenses for the software covering all workstations that will
  60. access the software through the network.  For instance, if 8
  61. different workstations will access Program Group Fixer on the
  62. network, each workstation must have its own Program Group Fixer
  63. license, regardless of whether they use Program Group Fixer at
  64. different times or concurrently.

  68. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  69. Alabama.

  71. Disclaimer of Warranty

  73. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  74. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  75. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the
  76. various hardware and software environments into which
  77. Program Group Fixer may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
  78. PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  80. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  81. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  82. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. 
  83. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO
  84. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
